Nate Jones has improved his decision making and kicking considerably over his career. Different type of player to Coleman-Jones though. The point being is that equating one player to the other doesn't work

WTF is the problem? It's only bounced at the beginning of quarters and after goals. Seems to me they are too hopeless at it and the optics are forcing the AFL's hand. The bounce is a great quirky tradition of our game. Gil should grow a pair and keep it. I'd also like to see the return of brimmed hats and long coats for goal umps. They look so baseball-like now.

Best mate of Andy Brayshaw. Does the 100 x 100s with the Brayshaw brothers on Christmas day. 191cm tall mid with clean hands and good decision making. Some question about his tank, but that can be worked on. Draft watchers, where's he likely to go? http://www.theage.com.au/afl/afl-news/afl-draft-andy-brayshaw-and-charlie-constables-bromance-20171110-gzj7vg.html

The thread is about the last 30 years. That does not include R Flower. He was an ex VFL Melbourne player 30 years ago on this date. As good as Tulip was, I think the thread is looking at post RF, hence he is not on the list. Otherwise let's include RDB or IWS in the equation as well

This article says we have shown interest in Zac Bailey and may use one of our first 3 picks on him. Adelaide and Port have picks after these. Other clubs could be eyeing him off too. Anyone know much about him? http://m.afl.com.au/news/2017-11-06/nt-draft-bolter-bailey-cant-explain-his-improvement

Uncle, Red would be in the birdcage chewing through the champers, barely able to keep upright. I'm surprised he is able to type anything close to readable on his phone. Giddee up!

Preseason Training - Week commencing 6/11/17
Moonshadow replied to Whispering_Jack's topic in Melbourne Demons
I think they get a set number of weeks off (6 or 8?) from their last game. Given Lever played in the GF he may return later than the others. Having said that, sometimes players come back to training earlier out of their own volition -
Jack Trengove signed by Port Adelaide as a Delisted Free Agent

Port are certainly turning their list over. How many is that now that are new to the club after the season ended? -
No love for Jako MB38?

Plenty of tricks up your wizard's sleeve, hey Uncle...

I hear he has chronic and extreme tinea which has potential to infect a whole team via club showers. Pass.

A lot of the boys box at the Richmond gym too. It's been noted that Viney and Lever were there recently.

Any Chance Jake Spencer back to MFC as Rookie?
Moonshadow replied to Umpire Please's topic in Melbourne Demons
His sessions with ex team mates are probably unofficial as it's annual leave time for the list. I would think this covers the club in the event he is injured -
We're all supporters of the MFC, Uncle. Who are we to judge others on the degree of their support?
-
C'mon Uncle, surely you attend every training session and know every face. What kind of weak supporter are you (despite contributing around $1000 per year to the club and attending games regularly, incl interstate)?
