  1. Oscar seems to have put on size and (more importantly) strength. In the interview on the club site he mentions this as a goal over summer, the fitness guys having given him a plan. I thought he looked stronger when I went to training before Christmas. Pleased to see this continuing. I believe Oscar can hold down a KPD spot in the 22, and bigger size will give him the confidence to back his decisions and choose better options on the field. Last year I felt he lacked some confidence, made poor decisions and got pushed off the contest too many times. I am in the glass half full camp about Oscar. If he can stay fit I expect him to play most games and improve. He is still very young and learning his craft
  2. I believe he's 30. Not that young for a kp footballer
  3. And some of us can acknowledge that Col has made some very poor choices, caused pain to people around him deserves what punishment the law hands down, but refrain from name calling and still hope he turns his life around
  4. I'm sure that's not all you'll be spreading around the Far East
  5. TMac to kick 65 for season. Hogan 50. We make top 4 and a finals win.
  6. Now here's a sport I'd like to hear them call on SEN. Pure chaos. And people say our Aussie Rules is tough! Apparently the only rule of etiquette is that you cannot kick your opponent when they are unconscious
  7. Good report @DemonWheels. Much appreciated. Re Tyson, I think he's one of these players that does best with a solid, uninterrupted preseason. Some guys can still have a strong year despite setbacks in preseason, eg Jones and maybe Viney. I'm not convinced Dom can. He's a cracking player to watch when fit and firing. Looking forward to seeing him R1 after a big preseason
  8. No biggie. On the list of sledging topics, I put this one at about no 5 behind: • not making finals last year • not making finals for over a decade • player misadventures in Bali • trading away Jack Watts after he kicks a bag in R1
  9. Looks like nothing can kill you Biffen, Demonland's answer to John Wayne. PS. Autocorrect on my phone changes Biffen into buffoon. I blame Stuie.
  10. And having only turned18 late last year he may well grow that smidge taller in the next 12 months
  11. Bitters, I thought men of a certain age with, err... how shall I say... a history not dissimilar to that of Woody Allen... were banned from leaving the country. Ethan, it's time to pull the cuffs out. And I'm not talking about the fur lined ones
  12. SE Asia is going to hell in a handbag, quite literally, if Uncle Bitters has his way. Me thinks he will come back with an extra servant for the Manor, perhaps what the local dialect refers to as a 'lady boy'. I'm dialling Interpol's number as we speak
  13. No, in the real world that would be called unfair dismissal, assuming you did the equivalent at the ABC. You might be unpopular for a while, but adults get past that.
  14. Great photos again Son of Tacky. Love the flame red hair of Baker. If he gets pulled by his wild mop, does that count as a high tackle?
  15. It's communication on the website actually. Meant for the MFC general public. Always going to be lightweight. If Goodwin gave away any real detail or inside info I for one would be shocked. It is what it is
  16. You know what happens when you assume, IT....
  17. This article paints a sad picture of Bomber's life post football http://www.theage.com.au/afl/afl-news/mark-thompson-is-a-football-person-without-football-20180110-h0geca.html
  18. Keep the boring, political tribalism to the loony general board please
  19. Son of Tacky, your photos are great. Along with 666, you guys rock.
