  1. Maybe you've been banned from it, a result of being too perverted? Hard to believe Uncle Bitter would get a gig though....
  2. That seems to make sense La Dee. With reasonable proposals, it's a good time to be seeking govt grants
  3. Maybe, but if there is TV coverage and the club makes decent $, it's better than playing in Darwin
  4. Maybe they are thinking of 2 games per year in Alice
  5. Comments below article in The Hun have some up in arms that the govt would be giving up public park space to a football club. Not really accurate at all, as it would value add to the park and only be used by club during training times. I'm guessing it would have a basic fence like Goschs. Assuming there is no building proposed on parkland and there are no decent sized trees involved, I can't see the problem. Goschs Paddock oval could even have its posts and fence removed to make it less of a sports ground.
  6. Will one of your fine servants be chauffeuring you and the missus in the 4WD Rolls? If not, you may want to contact Demonland's very own Westralian frog. I hear he's a terrific driver and loves a jolly good flogging. Safe travels Uncle, make sure you turn your watch back 30 years
  7. Being devil's advocates for a second, that could change if someone reasonably important in our list wanted a change of club. We all say NO! when Jetta or Gus are raised, but they are yet to re-sign beyond 2018. And that's not even considering the slim possibility that a player within contact might want out. Sure a RFA could join us for SFA, but more often than not (or ever), particularly in the last 5 years, they are traded for.
  8. Two pot shots in the same post. Hilarious!
  9. It's unfounded when based on clearly incorrect facts, or a sample using only Friday night's game vs Swans. We might listen f you made a case based upon reason and real facts without the woe is me
  10. Hey fellas, don't let facts and reason get in the way of unfounded opinions
  11. Norf I'm guessing. He's 26. Are they really prepared to pay him big money at 33? Probably front loaded so he gets $350k in years 6 and 7.
  12. That's what you'd call a well hung fruit, dc
  13. Yeah, nah. Getting ready to stick a fork in him. Nearly done
  14. Ah, so he's a Richmond fan! Always thought of Trump as a Punt (Rd)
  15. Anyone can see that if there was an option to poach a rising young gun then the first looked at would be our veterans, especially if their contract can be shifted from the cap. We have enough leadership to cope now. Players can't stay on our list forever, despite the thoughts of fanboys Great intel by Dee-licious too. Much appreciated
  16. I'd admire him more is his evacuations were at the front door of Eddie McGuire's mansion
  17. Maybe we should all evacuate
  18. Hey dc, you didn't tell us you had 'moved' to Queensland! https://www.theage.com.au/business/companies/aveo-executive-resigns-after-being-identified-as-poo-jogger-20180607-p4zk1e.html
  19. Unfortunately we'll have to accept using pick 18 then ?
  20. I heard Jake Lever say in an interview that Jason Taylor and Todd Viney were into him for about 18 months before he signed with us. He was impressed by their determination, persistence and confidence that he was the right person to target.
  21. Yes but they certainly wouldn't give up pick 10 let alone 25 or even 35 imo
  22. Can they marry?
