Spotted young Darcy at one of the local pubs tonight and I tell you what, he does not look like a footballer! Told everybody I was with that he is the likely number 3 pick in this year's draft and they all called [censored]. He didn't stick around long enough for me to ask whether he was likely to put on a heap of muscle over the next few years or if he was going to get a haircut. Sorry guys and girls.

I also haven't seen much of either but the reasons you have mentioned is why I'm leaning more towards Curnow.

So picks 3 and 7. From the various things I have seen and read about this year's draftees, I hope we take Parish and Curnow. While I haven't seen a lot of Parish, from what I have seen, he just looks like he oozes class and also has a hardness to his game. Would be great if he were a few cm's taller but not all mids have to be 188cm plus. What he lacks in height, he appears to make up for in skill and decision making. Once again, while I have only seen limited footage, Curnow looks and sounds like he could be anything. At worst I think he will be a great target with safe hands alongside Hogan. At best, I think he is the closest thing to Bontempelli in this draft, in that he also has the potential to dominate through the midfield. The whispers would suggest the club is very much interested in both of them.
