  1. Certainly talented and brave. It will be interesting to see just what rôle the powers-that-be see for him. Is his disposal up to it? (Haven't seen enough of him close up to judge).
  2. So Mr Helium says it so it is true?
  3. Norm Smith - Athol Webb, Alan Rowarth and to a lesser extent Barry Bourke. All premiership FFs who weren’t big and didn’t always kick many goals. But I am not sure that this is the time or this is the list to rely on “decoy” FFs.
  4. Interesting comments. If he could develop more awareness could be a big thing
  5. That is punctuation, not spelling. (I didn’t have that hat on at that time).
  6. Jayden needs not only better disposal, but also better (to use a golfing term) course management. Raw golfers see the flag and try to hit it - wham!! More mature / composed golfers work their way towards it, avoiding hazards and silly errors. Similarly, Jayden needs to either pause a little and take in his surrounds, or just look around a bit more. PS: I hope and feel he will pull off those refinements and become a very good cog in our gearbox.
  7. Agree 100% re don’t pension slow insiders to the wing Baker hopefully will come on. Fritsch, and Hannan have shown their ability to cope with senior AFL: with another preseason should develop the tank to play this role. PS Billy Stretch should be like a new player if his foot heals.
  8. “I will look after your young bro, Gus” Maybe we should follow the Colonwood morons who chant “USA USA” and chant “WA WA WA” Makes about as much sense ... in fact more sense.
  9. But would Max throw up on him?
  10. Craig Smoker was ok in his debut year, but then went off to Carlton as I recall. Maybe wanted to be with John Elliott. The whole list need to prove that - and make that 25 or 26 games thanks. And please name someone who was not.
  11. Was that to check just how much of what he eats? But seriously IF our coaching panel believe that they can get him fully committed and fit then he could be a great asset. It could however mean that Frost, McDonald or Keilty may look for greener pastures
  12. Now that would be a fantastic trade, and Tex could be reunited with his mate Lever. ? Trade one big forward with questionable attitude for another, one who has shown contempt for teammates even when they are playing in a GF together? ?
  13. Sadly, not like 2016 Doggies.
  14. Can't disagree with that.
  15. Still can’t find it
  16. I have a new question for Eddie to use on Who Wants to be a Miyyyionair Is a cakewalk the same as a Pie in the sky?
  17. Apparently what happened was not a cakewalk after all.
  18. Perhaps "his craft" would be a better term than "trade" especially at this time of year :-(
  19. Pleasantly surprised by the second half of his season. Well done .... now is your time to progress and show your true value
  20. How absolutely horrible, annoying and pathetic was the chant “USA, USA” when Cox got the ball. That alone was enough to turn me to the ?
  21. Marking forward and back was fantastic. Hope our guys were watching closely, and will watch it all again and again with the coaching staff Love it. (Some folk are very clever and quick)
  22. Who has the last laugh? Kennedy or Judd?
  23. It would be disappointing to lose his especially after “carrying” him for nigh on two years, but he obviously has been through hell family wise and may feel the need to be nearer his family. I love what he brings, but as important as “bottom six” is, he is no higher that that. Good luck to him whatever evolves.
  24. praha - well stated. But actually we know bugger all at this stage. and MUST get the absolute most out of it Fact, or speculation?
