Agree 100%. One can only speculate what might have been, had we had this in place when Sean Charles, Liam Jurrah, and maybe Wonna needed leadership and guidance. Three hugely talented players who for various reasons lost the plot.

drdrake. Do you think Tiger Woods doesn’t spend hours and hours using training and alignment aids because he doesn’t think he can improve or become more predictable or even develop new shots? Doesn't Steve Smith work hard on techniques in the nets? I would be disappointed if our club decided not to try a training technique that may improve even a few percent any of the required skills. I applaud them for trying this. long face
