That is what I said two years ago about Geelong. The good sides like Geelong, Hawthorn, Collingwood and Sydney just keep reinventing themselves. They don't consider the bottoming out crap like the MFC . Anything below the top four is failure. It is a mind set the MFC has not had for nearly half a century They just get on with it

I am very confident he will have been approached by the AFL / MFC. We have no idea of his desires for the future so lets see what happens. I was just thinking last night how sad I feel now that discussing who the future CEO and Chairman might be is way more interesting than the team these days.

Neeld is our third coach in 16 years bossdog Not sure that makes the MFC a rapid sacker. Now like almost everyone here Because our list is crap I have little idea of Neelds ability. But to keep him simply because he is only half way through a 3 year term does not make much sense.

He is a good VFL player Could not get get more than the occasional game at North. Siimlar to Bate and Newton good at VFL level but not AFL standard.

I agree with you Biff However it is my experience that once you get to 23 you do not improve your kicking ability it is set no matter how much you practise. In the case of Bail he is 25 he will not change. While these three can regularly get a game we will remain at the bottom of the ladder.
