Roos arrived to a VFL level list that was always going to take five plus year to turn it into a top four list. we are at the end of the second year. The list improved substantially last year and will again this year. As for Geelong you have no idea what they will produce next year why not wait and see before announcing their improvement. We could easily improve by a similar amount and still beat them.

I am confident that is their plan LDC Unlike our plan during 2008/11 when we just got kids, kids and More Kids. We choose poorly and by 2012 we had a VFL list.

IMO the industry is taking the view that any penalties will be low and it will be at worst like losing a player to injury for a couple of months vs a number of good years from a player.
