  1. They know better than we do, and Joel Smiths training form might’ve been exemplary . He can also fill a variety of roles He is obviously in their thinking being named as an emergency several times.
  2. It’ll be Weed or Smith in for TMac
  3. I guess you are saying they are finished but Hibberd is a superb lock down back and has done the job on some pretty big names like Dusty and Danger, also if you’ve looked at Jonesys form in the last couple of games, he was very good, and as a warrior of the club, deserves a go even as a sub.
  4. Been very quiet the last month
  5. Out - Hunt, Vanders, Sparrow, Jordon. In - TMac , Jones, Hibberd, Chandler
  6. This kids a jet. I have no doubt he will just get better and better and develop into a Baschar Houli, Ahmed Saad, Caleb Daniel type. Just what we need really.

    No Salem?

Who would you take out for him? His form has been ordinary the last month

I’d then replace Jones with Fritsch and use him as the sub instead of Hibberd

After we’ve seen what we’ve seen so far this year , what would be your final team to tackle finals based on current performances etc? Here is mine to start off and I’ve included Jones as I believe there is a spot for him which others haven’t really grabbed fully. Bowey May Petty Rivers lever Salem Brayshaw viney langdon Harmes McDonald Jackson ANB Brown Pickett Gawn Oliver Petracca Spargo hunt Jones Melksham Sub- Hibberd Emergency- weideman, Jordan , sparrow Vandenberg
  11. 6. Oliver 5. Petracca 4. Jackson 3.ANB 2. Gawn 1. Bowey
  12. I somehow feel we are about to get dudded
  13. Luke Jackson will win the rising star after tonight’s performance
  14. I take back what I said about Melksham. Holds his spot.
  15. Some of these out of form players like sparrow, Vandenberg, Jordan and Melksham are going to cost us
  16. Absolutely livid with that pathetic dumb effort by Vandenberg
  17. Jackson and Bowey have been terrific. I wish a few others would follow their lead.
  18. Frittatas opponent is wearing him like a glove. They would’ve identified him as our leading goal kicker and put some work into him.
  19. I just want to finish on top of any of the interstate teams such as Port, to avoid a possible away final.
  20. Absolutely rapt. I backed the Giants in on the punt tonight, out of hope more than anything. If we win we are back on the top 2 and maybe top if Essendon can beat the Dogs, which isn’t beyond the realms of possibility.
  21. 2 weeks is about what he deserved. If someone did that to one of our players you would all be screaming blue murder.
  22. I don’t think you can compare it to a swinging elbow. Its a deliberate attempt of grinding the point of the elbow into someone’s head. If someone did that to my sons head on the footy field I’d be ropeable. Its just a matter of how many weeks.
  23. I guess Jordan comes in for Viney
  24. Looks nasty and a silly act , 1-2 weeks I reckon .
  25. It was good to sit back and watch a game and not be too stressed. When we bring the pressure and intensity from the first bounce we can really set up the way we want to play. Forward line starting to gel, there were signs last week in the wet and missing a few, but we are getting some good looks.
