Exactly!..what are we known for , whats our strength? We dont seem to have a style of play or strenght in any area. Not to be known a strong pressure team, is an indictment on itself! What we are known as, is a team that when the pressure is applied, can fold quite easily.

Im very calm. Im just saying we are not a good football side,injuries or not. There could be potential there with the right coaching and a bit of luck with injuries,but we havent played well all year,even early when we had most players available. Adelaide aside because we were stung by critisism badly that week. They just cant seem to find that killer instinct unless they are bagged and berated, and have something to prove. Its not good enough.....even the players themselves would say it

You cant use injuries as an excuse forever mate. In the West coast game we still had most of our good players on the park, but were still pathetic. Its all about structure and desire and commitment.

we are not better than many, thats what i mean....we are playing like a bottom 4 side. The guys ive mentioned should be better than that. Just dont work hard enough

Depends on structure, and passion and commitment. Probably not top 8 but 10th or 11th. We are playing at a level more like 15th or 16th

We still have good senior players in the side, Moloney,Sylvia,Jones,Green,Rivers,macdonald,Petterd,Bate. and some pretty good yound talent in Watts,Jurrah,Maric,Frawley,Gysberts,Mckenzie etc. We should still be doing alot better than what we are showing.

Either way, we are still way below par. If its the structure then its the coaches fault

No, Carlton didnt even get out of first gear and beat us by 7 goals. We should still have some sort of basic awareness and skills to find a team mate. I accept it looked like we were having a dip, but had no idea what to do with the ball once we got it

Good signs mean nothing when you are a perennial loser and other teams use us to get confidence from, because they all know we are not a hard team. It might change one day,but im so sure about it, especially if Scully goes to GWS. The leaders arent doing enough like Davey etc to me thats a very bad sign. Im over potential, signs, injuries excuses, etc etc.... I want a mongrel side that is ferocious for 4 quarters! A side that really wants it badly. ( Look at Richmond last night)

I agree , so doers the coach, that Davey is in very poor form right now. I actually like Bartram better when he plays in the midfield, just dont think he is a backman. Foe us to make the 8 we really needed to win at least one if not both of the last 2 winnable games With Carlton Essendon Collingwood and Freo our next 4 games,and all our injuries we are completely stuffed. We now have to rely on teams like Westcoast and sydney losing, but they will gain at least a 2 game break on us. Even Richmond should finish ahead of us. No.....its time to look to next year already.

Theres stats and theres damn lies. The amount of times he turned it over and gave up goals was too much in my book. I know he tries hard and gets it a bit but gives it up far too often for mine

Bartram is too loose. He was standing 5 metres away from Milne on 3 seperate occasions when he got 3 goals kicked on him. Got us off to a very poor start. But agree he did improve later.(damage was done)

Stkilda are there lowest and most vulnerable. If we couldnt beat them then we are not going to beat many sides this year, especially with our injuries. We have to blood the kids and identify who is not going forward with us. At the moment we are resorting to playing Goofballs,Newton,Warnock and Bartram.(These 3 cost us the game today with their stupid mistakes) Bate another i am now convinced is not part of it, probably Macdonald too. Lets now get games into Blease,Tom McDonald,Howe,Cook.Strauss,Gawn and co , as we realistically will not make the finals this year with teams like, Nth Melb.,Stkilda,maybe even Richmond ahead of us. Its no good saying we are better than these teams or will be better than them beacause they are beating us now and the future is always incertain. Thought Watts and Green were good today.

He has the support of the playing group. I think its just a form thing with Greeny. Im not judging him untill the end of the season, just like Bails. It would be a tragedy for Greeny to be stood down. We should all be hoping and praying it all comes together for him.
