It's sad that a game with as passionate a following as aussie rules, has been pushed into this enviroment(Business). Sure the game is easier to watch and more professional all round but, do we really need it to be? who do we blame, for turning it in to a business? Passionate followers? are the good days of Aussie Rules and club loyalty behind us? Should the supporters be less loyal?

I agree, the list would be more balanced, in a few years... If Scully goes ,the plan changes and our finals window moves. 2011/12 would become development years and MFC supporters would have to be a little more patient... Hopefully Scully stay's....

Malthouse will definatly not be at collingwood next year! If he had already pen a deal with a club, then there would be no reason to advertise on T.V. he'd simply go about the year as normal, then change clubs next year. My spin on this is, that Malthouse will take a year off coaching, then test the market late next year 2012.....
