  1. Lol, mate. Come on. His aggression is almost the equivalent of Dunn's jump-punching from back in the day. Bernie is a show pony when it comes to playing off half back. He can play some sublime games from the midfield though.
  2. I'd certainly agree with that for 2016. It appears his head has got even bigger after the Bluey.
  3. If he was playing the same role as he did on Dangerfield last year I wouldn't have a problem with it, but he's playing off half back and playing this faux tough guy rubbish and it kills the team.
  4. If he was playing the same role as he did on Dangerfield last year I wouldn't have a problem with it, but he's playing off half back and playing this faux tough guy rubbish and it kills the team.
  5. I said 10 wins before today. I reckon if we can bring what we did today, along with some killer instinct, we'll beat Geelong.
  6. Yep, unfortunately. But with more experience our better players will learn to work through those situations better.
  7. Nothing more than a fringer. Don't mind them persisting though.
  8. I just like that he's getting more of the ball again. His clearance game has improved too.
  9. As usual, his contested work was superb and he let himself down on the odd occasion with his disposal. Didn't think he was that bad though. Wagner's kicking was far worse. A couple of his turn overs resulted in momentum swings. That's the frustrating thing about this team. You're just waiting for someone to make a momentum-turning howler.
  10. I was hopeful of that after the Essendon loss. Hasn't really sunk in. Let's hope it does after this week.
  11. We missed his run off half back last week. Can still work on his contested work, but is tracking nicely.
  12. Had a pretty ordinary year for a leader IMO. We need him to be a leader and he simply isn't.
  13. Really? I must have completely missed that. His first half was horrible.
  14. Yeah, I don't doubt the match winners are there, but at the moment the match winners have played 10-50 games. We really needed someone like Vince to stand up in the last quarter. Instead he was a clown. I dunno what it is about him this year. He's taken the foot off the pedal since that Bluey and I'm hoping he puts together a much stronger 2017, otherwise others will go past him at a rate of knots.
  15. We lack match winners at the moment. Guys that step up when it counts. It was like I was watching the South African cricket team at the 99 World Cup at times today. They seemed to be trying to lose. Heartbreaking sums it up best.
  16. Come on. We robbed ourselves. Our inability to kick straight and make fundamental decisions. It's never the team's fault. The team failed to get the job done on countless occasions. Wagner's kicking; Chris Dawes; Hogan's inability to be able to lay a tackle; Bernie Vince's lack of leadership and stupidity; and Kent's laziness. Yuck. The most heartbreaking loss of Roos' tenure.
  17. Hasn't Jesse had another dog of a day. Stand up, son!
  18. Vince is absolutely killing us. Getting off the radio and focus on footy.
  19. You know what, this football club continually kick supporters in the guts.
  20. I've stood up for Oscar this year, but WTF was that?
