This is my worry as well I think he has gotten better at this but there were moments where he put a flailing arm out to try and stop a player rather than go a full hearted body check. It's a watch for me but I worry you can't train this stuff. You either invite/seek contact or you don't

Refresh my memory about "constantly calling for him to be dropped"? Its a team game. You pull your weight. You get some leeway on past performances. But at some point you get called out.

He has been a liability since the end of 23. Last year in the first halves when the heat was on there were 9 games where he has 2 possessions or less at half time. Lack of effort and tacking pressure is a cancer in a team/system game. When 1 player doesn't do it the system breaks down. But yeah he kicked 6 in a grand final so he can play how he wants for the next 10 years.

Talent is nothing without effort. There are millions of talented people in the world who never make anything of themselves because of lack of effort.
