THE BOMBERS' DOPING SAGA - THE FAT LADY SINGS
jnrmac replied to Whispering_Jack's topic in General Discussion
I guess if there is a difference in the way that parties were treated they could sue to recover lost wages, fines, reputation etc? -
Never assume. You should know that...:)

THE BOMBERS' DOPING SAGA - THE FAT LADY SINGS

It's all coming from Hird as I understand it....... -

For all those whining about the Lever deal the new TV rights deal will see some amazing salaries in the next few years. Better get used to it. For me I would have lever any day of the week over Greene. Not sure how GWS can fit Greene, Kelly, Cameron et al into their salary cap.....

Not doubting you as such but the report from Family Day was that he had his upper thigh bandaged which would indicate Quad. You woudn't do that for a groin....

Fishing expedition to see what evidence they can find of the AFL / ASADA conspiring to do a deal over the EFC. -
THE BOMBERS' DOPING SAGA - THE FAT LADY SINGS

Correct on point 1. The bitterness stems from the deal which was agreed between EFC, AFL and Fed Govt and for which they received a draft letter from Gillard. This was rescinded or not proceeded with when Hird heard about the Cronulla deal and wanted similar. Hird was then 'thrown under a bus' according to himself and has been eternally bitter. -

No Vlad called David Evans because he had ample evidence and tip offs about what they were doing. -

Not at all this is a simple foi request. You ask for the broadest possible info to see what turns up. It's a fishing expedition. If anything they will try to relate that to how the EFC were treated. -
Preseason Training - Week commencing 05/03/18

No but I have some illegitimate ones - he's stronger and fitter.... -
I did say the teams that play finals regularly but you chose not to read that. You might recall Richmond finished 13th in 2016. And hay is for horses.

A medical report? What did it say? Broken sternum? FFS

Family Day 2018 Returns to the 'G (Sunday 4/3/18)

F*** The MFCSS is alive and well. -
You want your best players ready in September. The teams that play finals regularly worry about seeing their younger players blooded in pre-season....
-
You could usually tell whether Melbourne was 'switched on' in the first few minutes...was a fairly reliable indicator.

I can't for the life of me entertain the notion of James "drug cheat" Hird coming to our club. He was the architect of the program. The membership will go nuts. And besides there is no evidence he is any good. My mail is that he was very much disliked at his previous employer and they were very happy to see him gone. -
You know its not about stats.
-
Driving with the rear view mirror, and an eye patch, and one arm tied behind your back........
-
You can show all the stats you like. They mean nothing in this context. But if you think Oscar plays like Tom you are delusional. Not one person in the AFL would select Oscar before Tom OMac may well become a player. I don't think he will. He is a rabbit in the headlights. But its an opinion forum and you are entitled to yours. I aren't buying it.

Matthew Richardson was a terrific field kick and a relatively poor kick for goal (well as poor as one can be for 800+ goals and 550+ behinds). you can be good at one and not so good at the other.

The jury is very much out on the first point and on the second point he is nothing like his brother.

Not to be pedantic but you did say "rushed back". Watts certainly wasn't rushed back because he didn't do his rehab properly and took way longer than they were expecting. -
Wagner? wow. What little of him I saw in AFLX didn't inspire me that he has improved at all. Looking fwd to seeing Kielty, Fritsch, Maynard....
