McGovern is on a fair bit of coin, as are Martin & Williams. Those 3 off the list doesn't hurt them, but frees up a heap of cap space.

I see a lot of Melbourne 2008/2009 with North, in that they think young kids will help them rise. It wasnt until Roos & Jackson came onboard that we started heading in the right direction. Kids alone won’t do it, and with North’s poor quality leaders, who’s going to drive the standards?
