  1. We’ll knock off the [censored] down at KP.
  2. Would I pick him at #6? Absolutely not. Late first rounder maybe. Sure he has potential, but is way too raw. That potential outweighs what he has produced up until now (as good as he has been). The hype is greater than his output for mine.
  3. Wonderful. Helps nullify their 3 talks in attack. Our small defenders will need to be switched on.
  4. Not even close to a top 10 pick. Would be a late first round/early second rounder at best. Gives away too many unnecessary free kicks. We already get crucified with free kicks against, don't need to exacerbate the problem.
  5. One of our weaknesses is definitely forward potency. Would make TMAC third banana and allow him to be the link up player with 2 targets still up forward
  6. My first thought as well LDV. Push oval out to Punt Road, making it one line both ways (let’s face it, it won’t make the car park that is Punt Road any worse). Will reduce both noise and car emission pollution. ?
  7. Simply idiotic from Viney. The game is poorer for things like that occurring. Stupid.
  8. Tulip’s Field more like it
  9. Eagles are a soft downhill skiing team. Would rather they lose and have their confidence down going into next week, as opposed to winning on the road and getting some momentum trying to sure up a spot in the 8.
  10. Get them on the bikes at AAMI to get the blood flowing? Keep em fresh? At least we won’t be flying in on game day.
  11. Here’s hoping the 4 hours in the air doesn’t dimish performance levels of the playing group (probably will be dictated by mental strength)
  12. Definitely a day Jake Bowey will remember.
  13. We’ve screwed ourselves Picket. Losses to the likes of the Crows, Filth, GWS and the Dorks draw sees 14 points the FD no doubt would have pencilled in. GC and WCE locations are the least of our worries. Boys need to rediscover their hunger, until we do, we could play every game at the G and it still wouldn’t help our cause.
  14. 2 - 7 free kicks. Any chance of calling it evenly?
  15. Reckon they’re hoping for a WCE effort from us in the wet tonight. Surely we’re not gonna put up an effort like that
  16. Peter Vardy will suffice
  17. No late changes, so Dogs height will win it or lose it for them methinks (hoping the latter)
  18. It’s all mindset. Has been all year. Last weeks game shows we need to be engaged in the contest for its entirety. It’s all in the head Dees.
  19. Well that depends on if our backs don’t all go up for the same ball. Makes it a hell of a lot easier if we have a few players ready for the ground ball, as opposed to going to ground in a big pack, leaving an easy pick up and goal for the oppositions forwards.
  20. Our Achilles heel in the back 50 is when the ball hits the deck. With so many talls up forward, they’d be happy getting the ball to ground then trying to mop it up from there.
  21. Umpires # 1, 26 & 22
  22. If we were to get Maynard, he’d need to seriously smarten up. Sure there’s unsociable, but god he gives away too many unnecessary free kicks.
  23. Boo [censored] hoo Dermott. It’s a contact sport (though it’s getting softer every week), what Fritsch did was fine. I was actually quite surprised he was so physical in that particular contest, as I reckon Bayley is a bit on the soft side.
