  1. Unbelievable quarter, the pressure this game has been off the charts, this is a finals type game, brilliant experience for the team.
  2. This is brilliant
  3. Watching and so desperately wanting to have a few beers, but in the remote community of Kintore where alcohol is illegal?
  4. The ladder is a thing of beauty at the moment, not only are we second, look at the bottom... 15. Essendon 16. Collingwood 17. Hawthorn 18. North. Loving it!
  5. Thrilled with this, Salem is one of my favourite players, enormously underrated by many.
  6. Some is plural, are you referring to another thread? As Polly hasn’t posted in this one
  7. Pretty much all who have mentioned last week have acknowledged that he was ordinary last week and no-one has mentioned doing a coaches role in that game so don’t be a Kent and make things up
  8. The fact a few sad individuals uses this thread to debate anything about Jones says so much about them. This guy is a legend, worthy of every bit of praise that he deserves gets, I hope he has a great game, I hope he has a great season and plays an important part in a premiership. Regardless of what happens, I love the bloke for what he has done for our club.
  9. JOnes was bog ordinary today, but I would still play him, I would expect him to lift for his 300th and I would also expect his team to lift and bust their guts to give this Melbourne champion a big win in hi milestone game.
  10. Think the kids were a bit scared of me and my calm and rational behaviour after Jones missed that sitter
  11. This works, though you may have to delete and uninstall app, though if I remember correctly I didn’t even do that, just went through settings
  12. Just win, don’t care how or by how much, just beat the bastards.
  13. Plus the salary cap space, which would not have been insignificant
  14. I don’t mind it at all, can easily be a win/win. In the example given, one team gets the benefit of a youngster getting experience and exposure that he would otherwise get, while the other team fills a short term gap. Would not be hard to say the player can’t play against his normal club and as for a team competing for a finals spot, then you just don’t do the loan, as it would make no sense.
  15. 4-0, lock it in,father a close three quarters we will run away with it in the last, Dees by 45
  16. Hope they keep it up, preferably not blow whistle, wait 20 seconds, see what happens then with blow whistle for free or play on
  17. Congratulations to the team, well done
  18. I wonder how long until we read a story like this about Liam Jurrah, whose alcoholism controls him and whose family have pretty much given up on him. I have contacted and spoken to the AFLPA to try get him help but never heard back from them, the impression I got was that they have done enough in the past... Sadly, with Liam’s dad having recently passed away, I suspect things will get worse for him, tragic really as his community would benefit enormously if he could get himself sober and be the leader that he should be.
  19. He was lucky to only collect the body, but seeing that is exactly what he did, I don’t understand why that is a free kick (or a clear free kick as Ling said)...
  20. Leaders set examples. Olivers defensive running is not the sort of example a leader sets.
  21. Good luck to him, gave his all for us.
  22. Didn’t say it when he went to Whorethorn, but good luck to Chip
  23. I wasn’t nervous until I saw this!
  24. Pretty frustrated that we are playing in Cairns for next two games, should have just stays in Alice for the 3 games
