my thinking is that its irrelevant in a fashion whether the whistle is blown or not for time. There is no rationale for expecting bloke to line up at 60. its bizarre. If a player elects to play on as he did its beholding to the umpire to immediately blown for time back on. Id have to look at it again but i dont think jetta even moved
