WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - CHRISTIAN PETRACCA
It's got me stuffed. Think it's more about justifying a 'service' industry i.e all the HR people and such A lot of it is supposedly about problem solving techniques and personality traits.... Myers Brigg etc. Not sure what it really has to do with footy though...but hey

Well..I wasnt overly enamoured with Benny Boys highlights either but Port fans are spitting chips and our FD is grinning so what the do I know ( from just watching vids that is..lol ) I saw some good kicking and some very decent tackling ( actuallu clever tackling ) in and amongst Petyraccas reels. Id be pretty happy if it was he and Brayshaw called out..having said that the gods will probably arrange something entirely different !!..as they do- WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - CHRISTIAN PETRACCA
Not only can he kick...but he knows where to kick it.. He has good footy vision ( well to me ) . He can roost it over 50m ( and should get better ) or stab it in over 25. Be quite happy if he 'slips' to us . Not the 'stab' of old but a low hard drop punt today- WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - CHRISTIAN PETRACCA
thats the one...pretty good kicking really... imho- WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - CHRISTIAN PETRACCA
funny was watching some highlights of his earlier and he was doing just that...great kicking which lead me to comment upon it....can I find that vid now? Of course not- WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - CHRISTIAN PETRACCA
might have thought CP30 !!- WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - CHRISTIAN PETRACCA
Something we lament at the Dees are kicking skills. Petracca seems to be able to weight a ball very VERY well. I like this.- The No T$ No B$ Thread

Now thats a very good question. I think it does depend on the individual as we all rebound somewhat differently. What he JH HAS learnt cant really be un-learned. His experience is still experience. His condition might go to another question , related though. I would have thought, and yes is just my h-o , that as Jesse ramps up his training and does his preseason then hed be pretty ripe to go . I suppose its up to others to climb walls ad kick down doors but even then they'll only get noticed, no guarantee , nor real "NEED" to pick them round 1- WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - CHRISTIAN PETRACCA
What if he does, what if he doesnt. I seriously dont see that as an automatic 'pick the noobie' case scenario as RPFC has highlighted there are others , already established and experienced to fulfill these roles whilst the new kid gets some education.- WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - CHRISTIAN PETRACCA
Sorry to hear youre brainless Bob, must make life hard. Theres a vast difference between selecting a KPF and an ancillary role player. Wouldnt you say ?- WELCOME TO THE MELBOURNE FOOTBALL CLUB - CHRISTIAN PETRACCA
Hogan will have particpated in the better part of 3 preseasons before he hits the grass in 15. Not a squeaky clean progress though out all of that but thats a bit of a difference as compared to where anyone else will start from. As part of the " we dont need another saviour" maxim now entrenched at the club we dont need Mccartin to start the season. We do need to develop him or whoever into playing AFL
