9-0 tackles this term.
that is appalling.
and they win the clearance again, again through heppell.
no defensive intensity whatsoever.
-
watts has no idea.
-
we have no defensive intensity whatsoever.
-
mitch is a superb kick.
-
viney copped an accidental knock to the inside of his right knee.
classic way to injure a pcl.
-
has viney just done his knee?
-
although in saying that wines just won the hard ball, did a lovely dodge, opened up space with a handball.
he is an absolute gun.
-
in other news, gws are doing port over in adelaide.
-
howe looks that much better pushing up the ground rather than stationed in the forward 50.
byrnes is absolutely useless.
-
grimes would be a star if he was in a decent side. that was selwood-esque - took the mark, took the hit, kicked the goal.

This is too easy for Essendon.
An epic belting looms.
-
No defensive accountability whatsoever.
Watson was highlighted on the board yet he's cutting us to ribbons.
Either the players don't listen or they're thick as two short planks.
-
You could argue it's probably both, to be honest.
-
This 'trust' malarkey speaks volumes to me - clearly fragmented playing group.
-
Thinking about not impartially, you can only imagine that Vlad and co are rubbing their hands together with glee.
There's four years to go in the current tv rights deal.
Four more years of incompetence and token subsistence support from the afl will see them frame the argument that two clubs should go from Melbourne.
Wouldn't surprise me at all to see the North Melbourne Bulldogs - a combination of three clubs to become one - be part of a 16 team competition from 2017.
-
it's just very, very sad.
-
he's lazy and there's no way he'll run all day. won't happen.
as bonkers says, our over-sized stocks means we have no runners in the side.
we certainly have no line-breakers. blease should be. grimes can be. watts probably wants to be.
-
if we play one-on-one football i don't think all five ostensible defensive 'talls' - frawley, dunn, mcdonald, watts, and garland - can play back there.
ideally it should be only three of them, and mine would be the first three. is watts worth persisting with as a running half-back who, y'know, doesn't fricking run?
dawes being crocked means one of sellar or pedersen gets a reprieve for mine. just not pedersen,
nicholson is out. preferably forever.
B: Jetta - Frawley - Dunn
HB: Watts - McDonald - Terlich
C: Grimes - Jones - Rodan
HF: Sylvia - Sellar - Blease
F: Howe - Clark - Davey
Foll: Jamar - McKenzie - Viney
I/C: M Jones - Byrnes - ToumpasSub: Kent
god we're thin on for quality. shocking side.
edit: forgot all about blease. substituted him for garland, who deserves to be dropped.
-
wrong body shape for hurley; he'll get treated like a rag doll.
i honestly don't know what will happen with watts.
-
just watched it. this is horrific.
frawley, nicholson, sellar, pedersen...pathetic.
fumbles you can excuse to a certain degree, but the effort of those four was nothing short of disgraceful.
our skills are atrocious. our confidence is shot.
we can definitely be the bottom side in the competition this year. we are that bad.

hard to disagree frankie.
-
those replays highlighted by lloyd are an indictment upon the players and the coaches.
