  1. Yeah pretty much this. The running and forward pressure from last week has to be the standard, can't just pick and choose when. It's a tough caper hard running sure but if you want to be in the middle you better be running your socks off every single week.
  2. Why do you need a director of coaching to stand next to you in the box and tell you not to make any changes in a game?
  3. There's no doubt he plays his best in the middle and he is clearly our best gut running mid when on song but why do the coaches need to take sole blame for this? I'm sorry but it's getting a bit trite having all these apparent AFL footballers who are playing the game when positions are most fluid who can only play in one position and can't even do a job in another. Yes I'd love to see him back in the middle and would like nothing more than to see it but this lack of flexibility with our players has become extremely frustrating.
  4. 6. May 5. Langdon 4. Viney 3. Salem 2. Lever 1. Tomlinson
  5. Bang average effort from a bang average team. The running required is the standard not something you do when you feel like it. I can forgive skill errors bit not a lack of running, if you aren't willing to get cart your a*re off the ground from exhaustion at the end then go home. Outcoached, plain and simple. Dogs zone was setup well and was flexible and ours was stagnant. They switched and burned us every time. I don't want to hear numps like David King say how no-one wins a flag with plan B. No Einstein they don't but there is such thing as coaching and being able to adjust when a certain situation happens. And teams DO win a flag with that. No forward pressure today, drop in this area 5% and our gameplan just doesn't work. Their midfield absolutely pantsed ours. Our mids might as well have gone up to the goal umpires for their white flags, take a flag each and wave it at every centre bounce. T-mac seriously just, whatever. Our forwards served up the lamb shanks today. By the way I don't understand why taking shots 45 metres out on 45 degree angles is a smart idea in windy blustery conditions. Harmes is just terrible lately. Get nicked.
  6. That's right and honestly there's no point in people complaining about it or crying that he's not nice enough to us. Just swallow the truth and deal with it.
  7. How can you not kick over a mark?
  8. Well at least the Lever dropped mark and Cavarra goal is good footage for the News coverage tonight
  9. Yeah look we've been 2nd rate today, dogs came to play, we had no answers. Even early it felt like some of our goals were fortunate.
  10. First mark T-mac has taken for weeks
  11. We need our senior players to lift. Win or lose
  12. Would like to know how many tackles we had that quarter
  13. Quarters kill seasons. That was a shocker
  14. Of course it's going to sound negative Nancy but I really feel the rest of this game is junk time
  15. Outcoached today. Plain and simple
  16. So sick of this up and down stuff, one minute you're formidable and the next you're expecting the Is Goodwin the right guy thread
