  1. It's time.
  2. I will say there were moments where he looked like he played more intent and attacked the footy. Held some marks early on but that miss on the run 20 out did hurt the Dons. He'll play some good games and help them but we've moved on from him.

You're a legend mate, thank you on behalf of all footy fans who just want to enjoy and let others enjoy the game.
  4. Sometimes you just yearn for things.
  5. Where do they sell tickets on level 2 in the Southern Stand? Haven't bought one for a while.
  6. I'm taking on board the feedback of people who think the boundaries of entertainment and respect are being flirted. I don't want this ceremony to become a big Instagram fest either. It would just be nice to have one event that doesn't divide us and we can all look to as something done in good taste.
  7. I'd like to see Essendon drop two in a row, good for the competition and friendships.
  8. Most would have read the comment and assumed it was draft related but that does make more sense.
  9. I think he's getting heaps of attention and close checking. I don't quite see the body language that others are seeing where he could be carrying some kind of burden personally. Just struggling to impact the game at the moment.
  10. All aboard the Choo Choo!
  11. Exactly, no need to feel too good for the guy or be glad to see him do well. Doesn't need our support
  12. That's probably fair enough.
  13. I'm scared of them but will take a freshly banked win.
  14. Why didn't we give Kozzie a go at some centre bounces? You know, get him into the game?
  15. No wholesale changes. North is a competitive unit, treat them lightly at your peril. Couple of rotations with guys playing through the pain barrier but dropping Grundy and Hunter is nonsensical.
  16. Think so too. Just finished the replay, a good win and finally got it together, a few let offs but got it done and that's a plus. Teams know what do try against us and that is moving it fast before we can set defensively and getting it to ground rather than hurried kicking in the air. Coaching staff will be earning their money in the coming weeks.
  17. One of the best things I've ever seen.
  18. I will say you do make some worthwhile observations but can I ask have you actually been to one of these games before?
  19. Did we get out of jail free in this game? Richmond kicked 8 behinds in the seconds half (a few free kicks spurned in those). I was really impressed with the way we rallied and got the W but our efforts and desire in the first half looked a lot like last week and I can't help but wonder if a better side would have put us to the sword.
  20. Gee some of these 3rd quarter frees were dicey.
  21. Fair enough, we should all just shut up at the football and not mention anything about it because the two concepts shouldn't cross over and they're exploiting it for private gain. Let's strip back on everything. Dreamtime, LGBTQ all of it. Footy is no place for political statements in the game and all we should ever see is tje game. Give me a spell.
  22. Where do we draw the line though? Is the dreamtime game a farce as well? Heck why play on Good Friday? Shining light on and acknowledging something significant to history doesn't always mean it's for the entertainment ratings and big bucks. We talk about wanting to unite and not divide and football often brings people together. I didn't see a lot of merchandising exercises last night at the G but I did see a lot of ANZAC badges being sold and people showing their respects. I understand if people think football should be separate but it's a great event to be a part of and fsr different from a rock concert.
  23. I did. I also support the Melbourne Football Club and go to this game every year.
  24. Nick Daicos medal surely.
  25. Clear leader right now
