Nibbler signs 3-year deal
Get it done swiftly. Leader, important to the culture and the example of working your backside off.

Andrew Dillon is the Next AFL CEO
Could you really see them taking the bold new path though? it's a shame but with everything that has happened they were likely going to opt for stability. I would have liked to have seen something different though. Someone from club land like Brendan Gale would have been a great choice and I would have liked to see Kylie Rogers go further in the race as well. 24 years in media and responsible for the re-naming of Docklands to Marvel which has been a huge success. It was a good opportunity to forge a new path but I'm not surprised.

What they are saying at Arden Street
I imagine this would have been one of the nicer forums to visit though 🙂 Definition of trap game. We've learned recently how switched on we need to be for these kinds of games, let's see it from the get-go!

I didn't realise Grundy was this good.
If you're talking pure palming ability then I think you may be onto something. What Gawn does so well to me is vary his taps and his awareness of where his mids are has to be among the best. Taps forward, to the side, over the shoulder, I don't think I've ever seen anyone with the versatility and creativity of Max's hit outs. Having said that though, he's not the best pure palmer of the ball going round. Grundy was excellent in the 3rd and he was putting just enough weight on those taps to give our mids a chance. That kind of tap is like a Chess move where you think a few moves ahead.

Tasmanian AFL Team
Can we boost the talent pool over time enough to compensate? That's the question. Otherwise extremely happy for Tassie to be inching closer.

It will certainly be a massive lift when it's all done.

They do both move the same way. Not sure about much else yet.

Dees Potential Draft Play to Secure Pick #1
I usually have the attitude of a pick in the top 3 being just as good but not all no.1's are created equal and by all accounts this kid is streets ahead of everyone else right now. If Taylor and co think he's the real deal then buy up big.

Does that mean we end up in the land of chocolate?

Mobile ruckmen are worth their weight in gold.

Dees Potential Draft Play to Secure Pick #1
It all depends how well they think he can play. As long as we get top quality talent.

POSTGAME: Rd 06 vs Richmond
I saw it as a 50-50 contest with an attempt to deny possession. If there were other realistic options then it would be a different story but other than not committing for the ball I don't know what other option there was. The other thing is that this Twitter guy completely made up a rule that once the ball hit the ground it's no longer a spoil from a marking contest and therefore a qualifier for insufficient intent. This is no-where to be found in the laws of the game charter.

Ticketing 2023
I got a question, my friend is having a lot of trouble accessing his mobile membership tickets. He clicks on the mobile membership button and enters his ticketmaster login but when he goes back to the ticket page and clicks the event it keeps coming up with an error message saying it can't login. He's logged into the app with his My Demon login, what could be going wrong here?

Does Kade make the grade, or will it be Chandlermonium
I'm just all round happy for the guy. He's someone who has not been handed anything to him and worked his butt off. His ability to chase, tackle and get scoring opportunities was a big part of what kept us in this game. His goals were all quality goals when it mattered, those moments needed someone who would step up and take responsibility which he did. Good small forwards do damage with few opportunities.
