I hope he gets it, great story. I'd say so. Expect to see Colt McKivitz at LT for amateur hour blindside protection.

Mariota comes in for Hurts and with his first play throws a pick! It's not even half time yet and the Giants have a chance to go 30 up!

If both Philly and Dallas lose, Dallas take the NFC East. Huge fall for the Eagles.

How good is today for Red zone channel viewing! I can see the Cards pulling the upset over the Hawks.

The year of the Dee
My thoughts exactly. Too much talent to miss finals but not convinced that top 4 is a shoe-in. Won't go down well with the flogger wavers on this site but the opinion was asked for.

Gonna be a Shmozz of a game. CMC will miss obviously and I wouldn't be at all surprised to see Trent Williams, Deebo and others on limited minutes.

Ravens and Lamar were excellent but we played into their hands. Choosing not to run as much early was a big mistake and overcommitting to blitzes made it very easy for Lamar to do his thing as lanes opened up and he waltzed out of the pocket. Not taking anything away from them but it wasn't good enough from a coaching standpoint.

2023 Player Reviews: #42 Daniel Turner
Couldn't agree more. Really hope he gets a clear run at it next year.

Training Ground?
Nice, thanks very much for that!

First game?
My first game was one in the 87 or 88 season against Hawthorn but I have little to no recollection of it. I didn't go to a game (that I actually have a good memory of) until the 92 season against Geelong at the G when the mighty Jacko kicked 7. Being the only MFC fan in the family and having a Collingwood father I had to rely on friends to get to MFC games. An early game in my memory that I saw on TV was that famous Elimination final win over the Hawks in 1990. That was when I fell in love.

Haha nice try tipping comp. Going the obvious choices has only ended in tears so something different is required this week.. Bills, Lions, Jaguars

Is it just me or does anyone else hate tipping this year?

2023 Player Reviews: #22 Blake Howes
Like Turner it's another case of the unknown of what he may be able to offer us because of injury. Really hope he gets a clear run at it because I do think he has attributes that could make a difference.

2023 Player Reviews: #6 Brodie Grundy
Can't win if you don't try. The move did not gel with me at all initially but I was open to the FD taking calculated risks. High hopes early on and some good games while solo ruck, perhaps not enough of a data sample to see if it could have worked but I was never really convinced. The main undoing was that neither of them could give us enough up forward, it wasn't Simon Madden and Paul Salmon and it was never going to be. I don't regret the move because as mentioned I'm proud of our FD taking gambles that could potentially put us over the top and not being afraid to fail. For Brodie's sake I wish he'd got his move to Sydney after Collingwood, seems like he'll be a great fit. I do feel however that while he will offer value I think we've seen the best of him due to the injuries he's had.

Is he the best example of the checkside kick in the league?

Current Television
I gotta say I was really into Succession and got up to the last season but never finished it. No real reason but I'm not much of a binge TV watcher and something else probably came up which made me forget. Worth finishing?

Farewell Deakyn Smith
Good on him, think he'll do very well there.

Training Ground?
A step in the right direction, as they all apparently have been over the journey but it's still better than nothing. I think thinks fits the bill. We can look at all the missed opportunities all we want and why we didn't invest in Apple blah blah but this is the moment and it's time to seize it. It's now or never.
