Mate the team will play the right way when they learn to win and accept nothing less. Honourable losses don’t cut it anymore. I know what you are saying. But winning is the only thing i will accept now. The Players, Coaches and Board must feel the same way. Wins mean Members resign for next year and sponsorship $$’s keep coming in

You misunderstand A winning culture will make the backline work harder. Everyone going hard and becoming a unit Lose games and the intensity drops, it all becomes too hard. This club needs to Win at all costs, whatever the ladder position
