I think a good Coach can Coach effort out of players, but it is not easy. Teach players to Challenge themselves. I have seen it first hand in Motor Racing, but that is a clock based sport, so not so much team driven

I have no idea Hood. But we have to rewrite the Template for training methods if it needs to be done. I am hoping this is similar to John Kennedy in the late 50’s We need Physical Fitness, Mental Strength, hand and foot skills all to improve massively. Disagree. This Club needs more outside influences to realign itself. We are too insular with people who didn’t get to the top. Has Adem ever spoken about returning, i thought he left on bad terms. I am not certain of that.
