Personally i would have liked seeing our Captains watching Finals at The MCG, but i have already been attacked for that. This Club runs away and hides too much, learning is always on going. I am not saying holidays shouldn’t be had, but September pressure cannot be replicated and is certainly stronger watching live in the crowd.

It all depends on who you consider to be a Club Champion. Ron Barassi, Frank “Bluey” Adams and Robert Flower i consider to be Club Champions Jones is nowhere near that level, loyal and well paid, yes

Yes RN it certainly feels like the Club have locked down. I hope Goodwin hasn’t got the attitude that 2019 was just a “Bad Year” and 2020 will just reinvent itself. Good Clubs have poor quarters and readjust. You watch this happen in Finals this year. We lose the plot for an entire year and the Coach tells us each week to be Patient and both Captains have already bolted overseas...

Why was this club in free fall plummet all year, beginning on Preliminary Final day last year? seems to me all departments were in disconnect, why? why did they stay that way for so long? are they still fractured? Excellent Documentary. Beautifully edited Good to see what goes on behind enemy lines. Amazing to think we live 400 metres away, but in some ways, light years separate us Will Goodwin watch this show more than once? I certainly hope so. He has so much to learn, and he has to do it quickly, otherwise this career is over the idea of McGuire being President of the club makes me shudder. I used to work closely with his brother, who was so opposite to Edward. After what Eddie said about Adam Goodes twice, he should have been run out of town, the fact he still holds all his power base is very wrong to me. But a really well made doco (and they lost) just like John Powers Book about the 1977 season which i have had since school days Remember they are The Filth

I thought it would have been beneficial to Watch some Finals, if he wishes to play at that level next year. He can holiday in October i don’t finance a Retirement Village, this season gone was a disgrace

Correct. I was being nice. Next year if he is played anywhere near the midfield, we will know that this club is not the real deal. But in Round 23 his disposal led to us losing the game. Kicking to the centre of the ground is always not on in that situation. WTF has he learnt in 14 seasons?

Disagree, but i know i won’t change your mind. Jones spends a lot of time just jogging around. So i think he is part of the “Loser” culture. What sort of example to the young kids will his final Quarter in Round 23 be? Should have been tapped on the shoulder after the 2017 Season

May is a dam solid defender, but he is not AFL elite like Maxwell Gawn
