  1. Gold Coast are becoming a decent Football Club. They are right in the hunt for Finals, if the can pull this one off. Will the Gold Coast take any notice of them?
  2. I understand the feelings of Tasmania, they are a football state. But they will need assistance for many years. They are a small passionate state But having GW$ and GC$ on the books as well as a Tassie side is very dangerous road to go down.
  3. The bones of a club are there. nobody wants 19 Clubs. The talent pool isn’t big enough with 18 teams
  4. No point in them playing in Melbourne either It’s got the Smell of Fitzroy all over it
  5. Just stay in Tasmania North Don’t come back…
  6. There are always exceptions!
  7. Thursday’s game did his chances no harm
  8. Spot on. Much easier chasing than looking behind…
  9. The Captain just set the Agenda for the Run Home
  10. Well that’s the Aints gone for the year. Such a proud Club of Losing Crunch games Year after Year after Year 2 Weeks ago Aints Supporters started sending messages telling me the Demons were done. I sent back Pictures of myself holding the Cup. F U Aints One of the most useless Sporting Organizations on Earth. Ratten is too good for that Cesspool
  11. Well Jeelong have stopped after Halftime Interesting
  12. Ball has passed He is gone…
  13. Why did i tip Richmond?? You [censored] SWYL….
  14. I’ve seen all those Players too. But Jack took it too another level. All the players you mentioned have never trained to the level of todays players, and i mean no disrespect to them. It’s a different game now. Viney’s intensity did not drop off. Players from the 70’s were not able to do that
  15. Take a Close look at the Final Series Last year. How Fit was the team in each of the 3 2nd halves we played, compared to the 3 opponents. Brisvegas were only in the 1st final because our goal kicking was not great. they were thrashed just like Jeelong and the Dogs…
  16. The ramping up of training drills is designed to peak at the bye. Then the boys get the rest to refocus. So I suppose it’s a case of “get what you can” during that period. What i was worried about during those 3 losses was that our 3rd Quarters were flat, after a 20 minute break in each game. But Thursday was most pleasing
  17. Possibly, any side playing for Top 4 will have looked at what Burgess (and Selwyn) did last year. We were at Peak fitness for September and pulling away
  18. Such an important round…
  19. They never look good but yes, Vossy has got them going
  20. This Package deserves discussion. This is such an incredible effort by our 2IC Jack was brutal and focused for 4 Quarters. It is relentless. AFL Players play like this for a Quarter and get praised and rightly so. Jack did it all night, even in the last Quarter This is one of the greatest efforts from 1 player in the History of the MFC I am so proud of him Thanks for this Edit Mighty
  21. “Do you have a 2nd Team?” ”NO…”
  22. They were always insufferable, just had to hold it in!! :)
  23. Just extraordinary. He was still doing it all in the last quarter that’s what i would show to new recruits… ”This is what Captain’s do”
  24. Huge game tomorrow Freo and Carlscum Huge!!
