I would be happy with Jack "Charlie" Watts for sure. Naita would be nice but i bet he would get Homesick in 2 years and go back to warmer weather. Watts or Rich could be 10 year players. 1 Player does not make a club. I still believe winning a few games is not so bad for this club right now. All will be revealed within 8 weeks

Last word from the club is that we are sitting at around the 29,200 mark and that there will be an official tally coming in a couple of days.

Today's the last day to register as a member and be counted in the official tally.

Wow 800 off 30,000 would be so good to hit that Mark for the year. Wouldn't be hard to sell a few more after yesterday. Winning Culture is the only way to get a stable club.

We must Remember one thing. Right Now this Club is almost starting again so we are going to have the crap Fixture schedule and small crowds. But we now have Good People. I was always an ND Fan, I think he did a Mighty job with the Resources he had. But i have a lot of Faith in DB. Not once has he Flinched this year. He Knows where he wants to go. If Stynesy can get this Debt initiative going next week, and the playing group keeps playing exciting Footy like Sunday- The Crowds will come. Just get as many Friends or Relatives to the games in the next 8 weeks. I am actually a happy Supporter this year. I can see Big Changes actually Happening, & not just Band aids like Before. Lets Go

We need to start Winning games and getting smart with Marketing Strategies. Gotta wipe that debt. Imagine the Interest Payments on $4.5 mill. No wonder we dont make any Gameday profits. I think our list will be ok and i think Dean Bailey is going to be a great coach. He certainly seems to keep his cool well. it would be very easy to start Berating Players at the After-match Press Conference this year, but he hasn't.

And you can see improvement in players.We just don't have the key position players at present.

We as Supporters Must kill that debt. I am going to ring the club tomorrow and see if any initiatives have been set up. I like the idea of a $1 or $2 direct debit. each week. Its a cup of coffee. I don't want AFL Social Security. We should be a power club.

Absolutely Brad Miller is a gun-he just needs to believe in himself. I want to see him succeed at Melbourne for a long time. he is getting that physical element back into his game which is great

Logo's are important and they do get noticed. Bring back the demon, and leave the writing off the bumper stickers. I threw mine out this year cause they looked embarrassing. Why change something that already works. Wish the rules committee would heed the same philosophy!

Lets just hope he gets the team playing Hard and tough on Consecutive weeks. Sunday's Game against Richmond is Vital. No use being Pumped up one week and weak as the next. Richmond are going to hit us hard. Bailey must be ready for this.

Yearly Tradition it must be. Each year the number must increase. Would not be to hard to register numbers. The whole thing was brilliant!!!

you got to admit he would have been feeling the pressure to cement his spot in the team , and what if the coach instructed him to have a shot him being one of our more reliable shots for goal over the ages.

Not when there are two blokes standing on there own metres out-No way. Those shots he had were extreme low percentage. If he had passed and the reciever had missed nobody would be arking up about adem. Bet My house Bailey would not have told him to kick those shots.

Our forward line was what let us down all game.

Our delivery into the forward 50 clearly wasn't working and Yze (as the most experianced goal kicker we had) had a couple of shots that he felt confidant taking.

He backed himself.

He was bloody Selfish and i hope Bailey makes a big example of it during the Week. Yze is on Top Coin and could have really earnt it yesterday. He loved being out there again, but he blew it sadly

For someone who either deliberately upstaged a major Club event or allowed himself to be used by the media to do so, he has told us nothing of what he is going to deliver and who is behind him.

I loved Jimmy Stynes the player, I have donated a couple of times to Reach Out but putting the hoopla aside.....what is Stynes going to deliver?

BTW, if his half time performance yesterday with Tim Lane was a guide, Jimmy needs to convince himself of what he is saying not just others. He struggled yesterday and there will be far harder interviews and examiners than Tim Lane.

I was at the game. I have no idea what Tim Lane asked and don't really care. I just Believe Stynesy has the Metal TO ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING. THIS CLUB HAS BEEN PUSHED AROUND TOO LONG. Hell we can't get any worse-unless we die.

Adem's first 3 Q's were great. But i was so disappointed in his last. He is sadly a selfish player and always will be. 2.8 in the last Q. We should have won the game, and he should have played as a team leader. C'mon Adem play for the team and you may get another year. Was good to see his skills back back early though.

Did anyone else get just slightly annoyed with the constant playing of the theme song?

I thought it was a bit much before the game, when we hadn't won anything.

Why would i get annoyed hearing "It's a Grasnd old Flag" played on ouir home ground?? Haven't heard it much lately-Played while the "Filth Fans" had to sit and Listen. Doesn't get much better than that I reckon.

There was a total Shocker given to the filth in the 1st Q on the members wing. Resulted in a Filth Goal. The replay showed it up. I almost Lost my voice!!!!
