I agree. He does a lot of work that goes unnoticed, that said his game could definitely improve, but guys like Harmes and TMac are strong, they do loads of weights and do it for the team. With Kozzie out, Harmes will be even more important to shut down opponents drive.

That’s right. Goal assists Tom did a lot of that in the GF as well He is very good at it. The Coach(s) would be well aware of what TMac does. If we can get 2 goals a game out of him, plus all his strength work, then he becomes a very important contributor.
