  1. certainly hope not
  2. how about mother brown ........ or just mother, mofo, mudder ?
  3. yep, he'll be 28 come rfa time, plus if he's forced to stay against his wishes, knowing he's just treading water and unpopular with the football dept. his form could easily drop and he ends up an end of round 1 compo for gcs not saying that would happen, just that it's no surety he will go band 1 in 12 months time
  4. respect? around here? i'd like to see that. fwiw, the unnecessary bagging of nathan lately by some is definitely giving me the shytes. i suppose those same posters will step it up even more next year
  5. and petty might get a few games next year but is at least 2 years away from any serious form
  6. try devon smith their b&f
  7. they had to play a lot of ps2 games and make sure jesse won most of them....
  8. hmmmm, 4 hours at cockburn, that's a damn long medical.
  9. very strange, bub. they've been working on this deal for over 4 years but still want to play funny buggers
  10. 71 games in 6 years for various reasons (and yeah i know the reasons) making it approx 12 games per year or 52.6%
  11. well freo must value hogan pretty highly since they have been after him non-stop for at least 4 years but wgaf what manure says or thinks?
  12. you should have delayed this answer could have got another 20-30 pages on that rumour
  13. he has 1 yr left on his contract and anyway we don't know yet if he does survive
  14. was just what we need, a classy outside finishing mid, not another grunt inside mid like viney
  15. i can smell a double ton just around the corner
  16. yeah well they are going to play their cards close to their chest aren't they but ultimately they will want to clear their decks of may
  17. coz they don't want to wait a year to get rid of may. they are in culture change mood
  18. and what would a fan (us incl) know about club to club negotiations....of course they would be laughing just as we are at the notion of just accepting may for hogan using a single 1st rounder. let them laugh their head off when they get hogan for a winning deal for mfc, coz it's gonna cost them big
  19. that's why the trade must be result in a demonstrable improvement for the side, or it's off for 12 months
  20. can't agree with this assessment, bub. as for getting these "same ridiculous offers", that is the point i made. if we get the good offers then fine, so far i'm seeing a lot of noise indicating offers that don't make us demonstrably better. as for next year, weagles bound to be in it big time. plus a lot can change in 12 months i don't want to see a hogan for may plus small change. we would be worse off imo no fire sale, hogan stays
  21. we should only trade if we end up demonstrably better off. best on offer is not acceptable unless it satisfies the former. if not, we keep hogan, no sweat, and go through it all again next year
  22. any decent manager would tell him to make no public statements until it is resolved
  23. correct. and if we don't get may, hogan can play chb if the coach wishes. he has done so in his junior years.
  24. yeah, like he be unhappy to play a starring role in a premiership
  25. you need to look where he was placed after 20 games. iirc some poster posted this and it was better than top 10 b&f is much more skewed to number of games played than other awards 47 goals in 20 games for a high fwd is a better indication
