  1. you pretty well answered your own questions, damo
  2. and they all end up on the floor under the seat, along with the left over chips and all the other detritus
  3. wasn't easy for our girls either. trip up to brisbane then the high humidity with slippery ball. probably why they took a half to adjust.
  4. think you're flogging a dead horse here dp. the board has decided the new home is to be in the mcg precinct
  5. they are quoting 80,000 by 2052 not 800,000......still in their dreams, but
  6. goto mfc site, click search, enter 'academy'
  7. do you work for the grand prix corporation, paul?
  8. if they are going to be a chance to win a flag, they will have to learn to play 4 quarters i don't think they have all season
  9. talk to membership on the phone. i'm sure they can easily find you a reserved seat under cover
  10. just after our 5 new flags. great timing and during the 3 year build we will have completed our list rebuild ready for another 5 flags
  11. ask me at the end of year, but i'd be looking at players who've been around 3-4 or more seasons and little to no chance of a permanent place in the 22 i only propose this if after all the normal shenanigans we are short $100k - $200k and look like losing out. we don't need a full complement of 44 on the list especially when we are now batting quite deep.
  12. if it comes down to $s then all we have to do is reduce the list by 1 or 2 of our marginal players and there's another $200k we don't have to have a full list (fortunately) and we've got very good depth
  13. has to be juice newton.........eh, picket?
  14. not really a programming problem, but an algorithm problem you'd think they'd a least benchmark their modelling output with expert reality checks...aka the pub test there must be a high degree of arrogance at chumpion data to foist this rubbish on a footy-mad public
  15. could be skywalker or sky for short
  16. maybe this will answer your query re barrett;s attitude......it was a love-in
  17. not only that he was happy to see 8 (or 9) players out on the ground with a potentially infectious ailment who hadn't recovered. not only did he show no care to his player's health but he was happy to risk the health of our players or......it was all just bs to counter the anger of cat fans directed at him
  18. well to compensate he then would have asked the afl for the delayed pf to be played as 4 x 10 min quarters, lol
  19. not really......try it......just talk a little fast
  20. there have been no open training sessions this year due to covid practices the sessions reported here on demonland have been by members standing outside the wire fence training seems to be mon, wed and friday starting around 9am and generally at casey fields training times are not advertised by club no training at all on goschs as it is being redeveloped (made bigger) sorry for the bad news
