  1. we have a different opinion then on this aspect i think the families could have at least waited for hawthorn's response before going to the court of public opinion. and if that response was unsatisfactory then talk to the press. but that's just my opinion. i'll just wait until both sides have had their say and had it evaluated and tested. looks like it could be a looong wait.
  2. it's not as simple as that, and i think you know that the 3 hawthorn coaches were effectively ambushed by press deadlines and lack of full understanding. any decent lawyer's advice would be to say nothing at that stage, and certainly not initially to the press who hold no authority in the matter
  3. i wouldn't have a clue, uncle. seizing of "records" is just a sort of catch-all starting point should keep a few dozen bureaucrats busy for months, sifting, sifting
  4. well just for one example, uncle i'd expect a dump of all historic emails from the period in question from the club's email server. and then there would be minutes from board meetings and minutes from any other relevant meetings from same period. and employment records of who was present in the club (players and employees) at same period. etc etc
  5. yes, uncle. let's just hope they don't deconstruct ron barassi or norm smith. might have to pull a couple of statues down.
  6. B is for Brad is for Bombers C is for Chris is for Cats for those like me who can't remember 🤣
  7. i wonder if there was any afl influencing in the sudden appearance of bs's availability and his speedy appointment?
  8. c'mon nev, don't be such a smartrrrs. you know it was tongue in cheek i was inspired reading an essendon blog and the comments re the new coach. there was so much hate for the scott brothers going back to when they played against the bummers. many were saying they wouldn't renew their memberships etc. much worse than dazzle on game day threads.
  9. bonus prize for the first poster to find a bummers fan who actually approves of their new coach
  10. bs is bs
  11. i thought the afl was setting up an independent panel the afl integrity unit are not conducting the investigation
  12. "congratulations, chris, we're happy to tell you you got the job" "but, but, i'm not chris, i'm, brad" "oh [censored], quick sheeds go and check if adem's still in the building"
