Not knowing who the next coach is isn't stopping anyone else from re-signing like Dunn,he can see the direction of the club. Our defence is ranked 8th this year without chip and a top 6-7 mid might be the way to go with Cross and Bernie coming to the end of their careers. This may be the last chance to get a top 6-7 mid for a long time hopefully,we could have Chip for another 5-6 years or a top mid for 12+ years. Having said all that,if Chip decided to re-sign with us,i'd be stoked and I don't even surf.

Great,after learning the Paul Roos gameplan for 2 years our players will have to learn another gameplan which will make it the 4th in 5 years!!! Whoever succeeds Roos will bring a whole new gameplan like Buckley did and look how that turned out,he turned a PREMIERSHIP team into a Top 8 team. This is why there will always be instability at MFC,changing CEO's and Coaches every couple of years!
