He looks to be a quick learner. He adjusted his position at ruck contests & improved by the minute. Was holding his own with Ceglar by the end. Would like to see him occasionally drop back at ball-ups around the ground & use his leap. Got far more involved in general play & had a couple of really nice moments

Maybe if we were restricted to 22 players but the expanded bench gives us scope. I don't consider Hibberd at 186 cm to be a tall. I'd imagine the other three you mention are gonna be rotated with only 2 on the ground at any one time. The Hawks have named Patton & Lewis in their forward line. The rest are Puopolo & a bunch of Collingwood six-footer types, So the likes of Pig, Nev, Harmes, Lockhart & Hore will get plenty of work

Agree but thought both were better this week. And both created goals from their contest work. Positive signs. Also, Cunningham is often double teamed so we need to get better at identifying & using our resultant "spare"

Goodwin mentioned this is a presser over a week ago. The footy media is an absolute cesspool. Most of mine have been mentioned. Bennett for long shots at goal. Alan Johnson was a fantastic kick. Schwartz was a superb field kick as well as a great set shot. I reckon Johnny Fidge had Ted covered. He could roost it miles but was also good at hitting up a target. Talented lad who underachieved for various reasons. Flash Davey had a great left peg and if big Neita was on, he could slot a goal from 60. Good field kick as well. And of course Robbie - either foot. Old mate Rhino Richards could give it a decent thump as well. Paul Goss didn't play many games for us but he's the last bloke I recall using a drop kick for a set shot at goal. The man on the mark was about 45 out. Forward flank, outer side to the city end goals. And to pinch a line from Tim Lane, he absolutely "bisected the major uprights"

Great, great find SWYL. i found that fascinating. Was cool seeing them "unmasked", just making music in the studio.
