I must say, I am bemused that once again Fox Footy is not telecasting the Draft. Surely it is better TV than the constant replaying of the 2013 season, especially for Dees fans.

I think its time we talk about that get together again. I suggest we should have one either just after the draft or the rookie draft. Any thoughts for those who live local in Melbourne?

Discussing draft prospects with WJ on a walk tonight and very possible we will have a choice of 4 very good players at 9. It might not even be impossible for one of those to be Aish. Interesting times ahead.

Have just got back from o/s and see all these foreign horses in the cup, most of which I know nothing about. My advice, use a pin. Dear Demi was a good run though on saturday.

Polanski just won the Derby and he is out of a mare called Citrium, that I raced many years ago. Congrats to the owners who bought him for only $4000.00 and to Greg Willis at Chatswood who still owns the mare and has a couple of siblings to sell, that have now jumped up in value.
