That is fine, but you still need to reward good form, or all you are doing is telling guys on the list, don't worry about how you play, you won't get a game in the seniors anyway, as you are just a list filler. We also played our poorest game against the Bombers, clearly taking them lightly, to our loss, of 4 extra points that we should have. As pessimistic of losing that game as I was for months before it, I would be very optimistic of beating them, if we played them again this year.

It's funny, there are stats and then there are opinions. IMO, if asked the question, I would say that Jesse had a moe effective and better year last year, than he is having so far this year.
