Even if we play our best performance of the year, we are miles off the current Lions form. Look at our list v theirs. We simply have way too many inexperienced players and a forwardline that is simply no match for their backline.

Hard to disagree. Bizarrely, whilst we finally kicked straighter than our opponent, we lost nearly every other key stat against the worst team in the comp. Maybe they're not the worst anymore. We are making up the numbers this year and that's Ok. Anyone holding onto us challenging this year really needs to be commended for their faith.....but they are delusional.

Agree 100%. I can't remember a player so down on confidence and in horrendous form. He's been a liability for a month. Put him back and Tomlinson as a defensive forward. He could not possibly be as bad as Petty forward even if he doesn't kick a goal.

I've lost all trust in the playing group and the coaching staff and hierarchy. We were told pre season our actions on the field will be our response to an off season from hell. Something deeply amiss behind the scenes. We won't be moving forward anytime soon until whatever it is that's festering away behind the scenes is resolved. I'm not expecting finals this year after our last month. Happy to get games into kids but not all at once.
