Awesome BBB, the womans game is a real pathway to grow the game and support for clubs in a mew generation of people. Very proud of the Dees being at the forefront of AFLW.

Rivers middle patch of the forst was really good, he was instrumental in Trac first.
Mayse was really annoyed with Lingers on the Dogs first goal as his opponent was unimpeded running into May, causing May some rib discomfort.

You don't need videos or fancy technology to [censored] up cats supporters.
Just remind them of the average age of their playing list.

They "negotiated" a "peace treaty". What's it called when there's mayo on the mayo? Or mayo on the mayo on the mayo?

Each team, even premiers, has personnel changes each year. We don't know what the future holds -- maybe TMac is displaced by Petty and has to force his way back in, maybe Brown gets a sore knee -- but as long as there is competition for places, complacency won't creep in.
GO DEMONS!!!
I'm amazed that every one of the 23 that played on the big day are back next year.

huh? When I looked every item was listed as 40%, go back and have another look D1858.
I brought 3 pairs of runners and all were 40% off.

This is so disconcerting, being an actual AFL club of substance. Kudos to getting another up and comer signed on longer term.
His aggression/arrogance grew with his confidence this season, he was really into English and Schache during the grand final.

Don't doubt that but Picket made a statement of fact that Dunstan will play in the first game.
So baring injuries, I asked him at who's expense?
Anyone who is not fit or focussed or a number of other reasons. Maybe he won’t be but it’s great to have the pressure on the current squad of guns.

Sorry that this video relates to the prelim but its just so funny. Bloke starts off trying to present a balanced analysis of his clubs efforts and then keeps just slamming them, Not too dissimilar to some Dees fans of old.
Hahhahahhahaha the first 20 seconds was brilliant (so us for 10 years week in, week out).

Surprised I’ve not seen much on here re EASTONWOOD but kudos on a really good career in the end.
Plagued by hamstring injuries, but on his day in his prime he took on the best fwds in the comp and more than held his own (he usually was the biggest or best tall ina very age defence) and is one of two premiership captains at his club. Well done sir.- 8

Aren’t we over this chit of training too hard or not? We had a dream run this season, if Selwyn and co and the players have learnt anything from Darren B then it shouldn’t be in anyone’s mind to be nervous about a few run arounds.

I'd think the club would play the GF team in front of the members, barring injuries of course.
Multiple players, pressure on the incumbents is a real positive.

Thanks Cards Still pinching myself that it all came true!!
Guess after 57 years you have to takes chance a little bit but really it was a no brainer.
Boy really want to emulate this year next season with Finals at the G
BTW How good has it been the way every person in the Club have embraced this extraordinary achievement.
we are very lucky Dees supporters at the moment with such a humble and respectable group of players that make us feel so proud of them not only as players but superb examples of young men in every different way they knocked out of the way the challenges during 2021 and embraced their success all along the way never taking their eyes off the ball.
And virtually drama free as well.
Hats off to them and the Club from the new Pres down to the staffers who all played their part and deserved very success that came our way.
A season to remember and one fir the Ages ( and record books)
To read Pert saying it was the best thing he has experienced in all his time in footy blew me away. He was at the helm at the Pies in 2010 and was part of a great era for them.
I had a bloke at the local hardware store sidle up to me yesterday "have we talked the Dees as yet??" no mate I've never met you.. "oh mate how amazing was it, loved it, I hope they win the next 5 flags.." Are you a Dees man? "Nup Hawks, but I fell in love with you club this year..."

The Dees are in the entertainment business, the bulltish Blues v Tigs hasn’t been entertaining for years. Let’s hope it’s another fizzer and a huge number tune in/go on the Friday (if we get the game that is). Great concept G Pert!

The club now have, unsurprisingly, made a private commitment to Taj that he will become a Melbourne player at the draft 👏
Good to see they have been able to keep it hush hush.

We had the first opportunity I believe but couldn't come up with the $15m.
Harsh to blame Eddie
We also couldn't afford the ongoing cost of upkeep, we have been a basket case financially for years.

Looks like this is up again. Only selected styles though this time around which is disappointing.
Heaps of options, like 60 pairs of shoes at least.
