I’m not reading too much into and I can see why he is meeting Gus even without moving to the Dees. Gaff has reached out to the Brayshaw family to apologise, Gus is part of the family and in the footy “community”, it makes sense to me. (If it is happening). I think Gaff would be looking to speak to everyone in the close family circle especially Mum.

Moon he is beyond reaching, I think it’s time to let this one go... let him sink to the depths he seems to enjoy it down there.

And the media, it’s just out of control, this moral outrage in the “current climate”.

And just to be really clear, Gaff has done some brutal damage to an unsuspecting opponents faces and will go through the tribunal process and he should be suspended for a decent period of time. This over the top but it’s the current climate of outrage.

I am the worst at throwing a punch and hate it but I clearly know that wasn’t a punch, you watch NJones pregame on the pads with the gloves, he throws a punch. The way i saw it, Gaff threw a ridiculous swinging arm to get some space, get some frustration out etc, he [censored] d up and will pay the price. He was/is known to the Brayshaw family they get to judge Gaff as a person the tribunal gets to judge to action. Seeing Robbo and Whately on 360 just made me roll my eyes, i don’t recall them being so outspoken about Essendrug (I may be wrong but don’t recall them so horrified). I hope the Eagles, the AFL and the Dees are supporting all people involved.

You honestly think the AFL would manipulate the outcome of the sacredness of the tribunal to suit some random desire for no negative press leading up the the grand final? Yeap ok I can see that happening.

Gaff and Murphy... we would be top 4 with 2 players of their ilk in the R & B.

What has it got to do with us? They are in charge for a reason. Not withstanding our recent rubbish boards, their job is the keep the club moving forward, not to engage us in every minor detail.

Pretty sure they have plan b and c but plan A is plan A for a reason.

PJ has also stated in the last AAMI is bloody expensive and a “sunk cost”. Not our venue and we can’t make any revenue from it like naming rights etc.
