The 16 weeks suspension and banned for life is an AFL Victoria rule and doesn’t apply to the AFL is my understanding.

Blues received pick 42... deal makes no sense to me. Why would you not want to pick up a mature player that can be a bridge for a couple of years to allow the young players to grow. Pick 42 (on its own, not part of greater deal) is a massive cr ap shoot.

I think it almost identical to what it was, meet the coaches and some key players, they try and convince you the game plan will be based around you and your skill set. This is where the club is going and we need you to get us there oh and here is $1.2m a year for you.. and look at this nice car park we have for you, along with the cool ice bath and the best dietitian in the West..

Harassing a 23yr old as he flys out on a holiday, away from his job.... potentially making a life changing decision... you don’t see the issue here of ambushing him just to satisfy some weird need you have to know? Of course not you seem to be a troll of the highest order. Only to appear when there is negativity or angst to spread. Some self evaluation might be a good place to start.

I think it is great, about time the smaller clubs win a big name FA signing. We bemaoned we couldn’t bring in any big name FAs and how they would chose big clubs. Who cares how much they paid, as some others have said leave that to the bean counters and see how Gaff translates to North making finals. Well done North.
