    I don't see it as an either/or proposition. There's no reason the Government can't help fund the new stadium as well as addressing the housing issue.

    The optimist in me says that one of them will lose, and that makes me happy. The pessimist in me says that one of them will win, and that makes me unhappy. Best result, then, is a draw I suppose with both teams and their supporters disappointed.

    I happened to be sitting behind @Jaded No More and hubby the last time he attended a Melbourne game. At one point, I heard him tell her that he thought she had drawn her eyebrows on too high. She looked surprised.
