  1. Good to see you still have your sense of humour. As for the diehard Trump cultists:
  2. Trump and his allies have now lost over 50 post-election lawsuits: a staggeringly unsuccessful track record that reflects how flimsy - and often entirely confected - their complaints about election fraud and other supposed irregularities have been. The only fraud here is Trump himself and, sad to say Wrecker, you have been conned, taken for a ride and sucked right in by his bluster that is fuelled by an ego the size of Jupiter. You can't show us the evidence of fraud because there is none.
  3. I recently read an excellent Bowie biography written by Paul Trynka where it was confirmed that he took his name from the "bowie knife", so in his case it does rhyme with "blowy", "showy" and "Joey".
  4. Rejected by the Supreme Court in a 9 to 0 verdict. This means that even the members of SCOTUS appointed by Trump in an attempt to stack the numbers in his favour saw this for the unmitigated BS it always was.
  5. It's not just Time Magazine, either.
  6. Since Time Magazine started nominating Person of the Year in 1927, EVERY American President since then has been named at least once. Claims of "racism" and "left" are more preposterous nonsense from the usual suspects in this thread who just can't get over the fact that Biden will be inaugurated President #46 in January and loser Trump will be going to jail.
  7. Which Trump is currently losing 55 to one because his ludicrous claims have no basis in fact. Anybody still supporting him in this farce makes them look just as much of a sook and poor loser as he is.
  8. Does the club then have exclusive rights to select such trainees or can another team pick them?
  9. He qualifies as the only player with the surname Aliir and the first name Aliir.
  10. As much as I like the nickname 'Ziggy', it must be remembered that Bowey rhymes with Yowie, not with Bowie. Older posters may remember his father Brett running around for St Kilda.
  11. That was the Pre-Season Draft, Lucy. Rookie draft now underway. edit: And we've passed.
  12. Nelo is just being Nego.
  13. Horses for courses. Or, in this case, jockeys.
  14. Drew Banfield is another. Edit: snap
  15. Luke Hodge?
  16. What would an umpire say? Holding the man or holding the ball?
  17. Can't see how it's not an attempt at draft tampering. You don't get to pick which State you're going to play in when you nominate for the Draft in an Australia-wide competition where all 18 clubs are entitled to select you.
  18. More evidence of the outstanding job Trump has done in dealing with COVID-19. Winning.
  19. Jeez, even in a great news thread like this, some people can't resist turning it into a dig at Goodwin. Classy.
  20. I know we've been in dire straits, but I didn't expect to lose Mahoney for nothing and get Chocs for free.
  21. After giving this careful consideration, I think we'll end up with: 1. Charlie Winner 2. Juan Hundred-Gamer 3. Andy Depth
  22. If you believe in omens, I saw a sparrow on the wing this morning.
  23. I heard that Collingwood were quite keen on this Kobe Farmer bloke and will take him with their first pick.
  24. Harmesy doesn't care what you or anybody else thinks of his tattoos. He's not sorry or embarrassed by them. Here's another one he's just had done ...
