As always, I’m the till b!ttchh or as normal people say, the cashier. The DA OGs tell me I’m on the till coz I’m very good at it but I know it’s really because folks don’t like their snags burnt beyond recognition so the grill is a no-go zone 😅 It would be great to see lots of fans rock up. The usual activations and activities for kids and giveaways will be available. And most importantly you’ll get to see our powerhouse team in action 👊🏼 PLEASE come if you can!

Thank you dpositive :) You’re right. I should let it go, and I’m trying to improve in that respect. I probably shouldn’t engage on DL at all when I’m dealing with the challenges that present from time to time with regards to my son’s mental health at which times I’m hyper-sensitive. Sadly though, DL is a haven at times such as this, an escape if you will 🤷‍♀️ I’ll take your advice onboard <3

Ah, but you DO care. You care enough to post about it. Tracc’s a poor example for our younger players, is he? What makes you think that? I’ve not seen that reported in the media and I’m guessing what’s reported in the media is what forms the basis of your opinion. If not the media, how else did you come to this conclusion (a conclusion which btw is incorrect). Tracc “held our great club to ransom”? One player with such overwhelming power vs an entire club? And not just held our great club to ransom, but has been doing so for “… the last few years…” An asinine comment to put it mildly. Keep up the hate for Tracc if that’s your wont, but maybe conjure up some valid reasons for the hate with which to replace the unfounded ones you’re currently going with.

How do you know any of this for sure? You’re obviously believing what the media fed you, and that’s your prerogative. I might also believe what was reported had I not heard differently from the very people about whom the rumours swirled. But even then I wouldn’t reply with “LOL of course he did” when challenging someone who’s telling you what they’ve been told straight from the horse’s mouth, so to speak. I can only say it a finite number of times before my patience abandons me, which is pretty much right now. You believe what you wanna believe, even if it comes from Tom Morris et al.

At the time I shared on here what I was told by Kozzie and Ardu, that being, amongst other things, that Kozzie wants to stay with us and that he never asked for, nor wanted, a trade. Short of forcing them to take a polygraph test I’ll never know if they were telling me the truth. And in the absence of a polygraph machine, their word is the best I’ve got.

Maybe he would’ve but that’s not the point. The point is, for whatever reasons, and I agree that Ardu and her sister were one of the reasons, he didn’t ask to be traded. He never wanted to leave our club, and that’s the point.

With sincere respect, Kozzie never requested a trade. That simply didn’t happen. Easy to say now, I know. But I said it this time last year and “my mail” was Kozzie and Ardu.

You’re assuming that it’s a case of Kingy having to talk Tracc into staying. I’m guessing your assumption is based on the media reporting that Tracc wants to go to Hawthorn or Carlton or Adelaide or whatever club is next on the list and that the club is open to trading him. All this without our new coach having talked to Tracc.

Didn’t she just!!! That b!ttch was scathing. 😅 Difference is, she never liked Tracc BEFORE his injury. After his injury she got to talk with him at length and realised the impact of the trauma and how it had monumentally changed him… for the better. He declared his loyalty to the club and (with tears in his eyes) said (quote) I [censored] love these boys, I don’t wanna be anywhere else.

Selfish???! You deem him selfish based on what the media told you? Most of that was fabricated. Tracc never “tried to storm out” of the club. Again, fabrication. Also, you’ve turned on Tracc but not on the Club unlike some (me included) who’ve turned on neither. It’s the grubby media who should be castigated.

A huge issue. So huge that just the thought of being traded to Adelaide prompted him to set up a meeting with Geelong leadership group players. He didn’t want to leave but thought if he was to be traded he’d pick which team he goes to. Clarrie would never live in another state. Speaking of living in another state, Tracc wouldn’t entertain the thought of living anywhere other than Victoria either.
