Ugh I just remembered why I don’t like the NON-MFC threads. I mean, I do like them, I very much like them, but I can’t stand the “I hope the MFC are watching/learning from this!” finger-wagging type of comments. What part of NON do folks not understand? Today someone who I think is in the know told me that sometimes Collingwood “play funny buggers” when informing the AFL of injuries, as in exaggerating an injury so as to keep everyone else guessing. 🤷‍♀️

I didn’t see any goal-kicking practice, not serious practice anyways. But today was bookended by a thorough training session at Casey yesterday and an intra-club match tomorrow, so they deserved a fun day today imho.

I actually asked what shade of blue (not as detailed as you’ve asked 😅) and he said he likes every shade of blue but probably likes the blue of our red and blue the most. 🥹🥹🥹

And how bloody awesome was it, Kev?! Seeing them having fun like little kids was heartwarming. I could watch that all day. They were having a blast but geez they were serious and super competitive. Ricky Lever in particular… he doesn’t like losing and he makes it known. 😂 Jed Adams was also very vocal.

Today is about fun. They are so happy and playful. Doing drills and sh!tt stirring at the same time. This drill seems to be about reaction times. There’s double handballs flying around players in a circle. Now there’s eight players in a circle with four balls being handballed and the idea is you can’t have two balls at once, ie. you have to give off the ball before you receive another.
