Welcome to Demonland: Brody Mihocek
Mihocek a free agent though how do we include him in a trade to not dilute Spargo compensation?

Christian Petracca and Clayton Oliver in 2026
Because last year he was naming his club of choice and putting the club in a position where they would have had to make a deal that they would have lost massively in. This time with the narrative being he wants to leave and is open to which club suggests his intentions are the same, and he's learned from last time that you can't name your club when you're on a kings ransom. It doesn't work like that. He still wants out but now realises his priced himself out of his own choice.

Agreed. I feel we'll push him towards GC, take Flanders and negotiate a pic out of them for paying some of his wage. GC have plenty of pics, so we can essentially "buy" one off them. Good business all round

The Latrelle Sumner-Pickett Thread
Want. Second rounder feels right, he should be there assuming we don't do some pic swap buggery, definitely has some Kozzie about him.

Welcome to Demonland: Steven King
Do I have a problem with our new coach being deeply entrenched in finals footy, as a key member of arguably the greatest team of the 21st century - with access to their coaching IP and training standards and game day practices? Lol no. To even for a second think him seeing out his time at Geelong is a negative is sheer madness - you literally couldn't get a better apprenticeship!

I think at this stage he's worth more to someone else, particularly given the fact he's not bought in. Would love to see what Hawthorn offer seeing as Essendon are giving to be [censored] to deal with the whole Merrett situation

Time to make a move: Defeat shows Hawks exactly what they're missing - https://www.afl.com.au/news/14 224 55 Petracca mention

NON-MFC: Finals Week 03
Tracc can cook it and Merrett can deliver it. Because Tracc might miss the target. 🎯

NON-MFC: Finals Week 03
It's OK we've got Petracca cooking Burgers for Curnow and stealing all the games consoles in Cash converters. Priorities.

NON-MFC: Finals Week 03
Who else thinks Stewart won't miss next week. Some [censored] will happen and they'll say they misdiagnosed the conclusion or it was so low grade a 7 day break will suffice..?

NON-MFC: Finals Week 03
Is it more annoying than Hokball tho?

NON-MFC: Finals Week 03
Yeah Richo already starting the free Chol campaign during half time. These AFL shills so predictable.

Malcolm Rosas Junior
Yep, just went back and looked, played in 5/7 games.

Zero chance they're going to pay 2 top 10 picks and over a mill a year for a 30 year old with accuracy issues.

Would we consider Tracc to Carlton for pick 10 and they take on his whole salary?

The List Manager Tim Lamb
I reckon we will be paying part of his wage. It's a ridiculous wage and it's hard to see GC or anyone wanting to take it 100% on their books. If it's Flanders, what we get back will in value will probably be tied to what od Tracc's contract we're prepared to pay. It's hard to see anyone wanting to deal a straight swap because Tracc's output isn't worth that money anymore

Tassie Devils Possible Extinction
For a 23k seat stadium that's over $78,000 per seat. They'd want to be heated recliners for that!

Farewell Judd McVee

Hopefully we can enjoy the official news of the re-signing if our new robot overlords allow us the opportunity in the year 2073- Welcome to Demonland: Steven King
I'm not a violent person but McClure stirs something in me. It's his smug face.- Sam Flanders
Of course. It will be a major factor. Reckon we'll be on the hook for a fair portion for the price to be right coming the other way, which is going to be the price of business.- Christian Petracca and Clayton Oliver in 2026
Point being if we need Kingy to "talk Tracc down from the ledge" then we show him the same grace we did a certain recent coaching applicant and not stand in the way. We have to move past being beggars. Tracc wanted change, and by jingo, changes have happened. Do we now need to roll out another red carpet? As long as a trade is favourable let's rip this band aid off.- Christian Petracca and Clayton Oliver in 2026
Seems like those contemplations have already taken place with both player and club open to the possibility of a trade. I don't need King to talk him around. Tracc knows the lay of the land. Let's not get caught up in the memory of what Tracc was at his peak, or the occasions flash here and there - he is still a 30 year old with miles on the clock at the end of the day and we aren't challenging. Take the best offer and cash out. - Farewell Judd McVee
