Pert's record speaks for itself...Culture at Dee's & Pie's when he is in charge hasn't exactly been fantastic! Roffey got handed the best Chairpersons gig in footy we were flying and since she took over its slowly fallen apart. Roffey has got great experience in Government department's and Universities which is probably why we are in this mess. The skill set has lead the way on all sorts of flag waving and feel good inclusiveness but no results where it maters whilst the joint falls apart. The board and particularly Roffey are far to close to Goodwin he should never have received he extension last year pre finals and should surely go now the footy department needs a complete reset

2 years left on his contract....appreciate he might want a trade but the Dee's have been fleeced when it comes to senior players leaving for no return (Harmes/Jordan/Grundy/Bedford) so no way we can let him leave unless its fair value or a senior body in return.

All clubs face injuries, the issue is the injuries' are to guys the wrong side of 30 and our prime movers. If 2025 is our last chance then the reset must include the coach! #Goodwinout

The bigger question is the trend since 2021 is going in the wrong direction. Are the board to close to Goodwin to asses his performance or lack there of....the club talk about the youth but the youth are playing are as a result of the decisions the list manage/club have made over the last 3 years. The easy answer is to say Injuries (Brayshaw/Trac etc) but the trend and our performances all years haven't been good enough. We play a 2021 game style in 2024 and injuries are the excuse. If the dee's are ruthless and want a 2025 bounce then a fresh voice is needed, goody's time should be up!
