One of my favourite pieces of play yesterday was Petty’s mark for the first goal of Q2. Petty out bodied Collins, while Disco had body on Ballard. Bit of a shame Clohesy was allowed to come in but Billings was correctly on the defensive side. Lucky he wasn’t any bigger. Too many times over the past 3 years marking forwards have been left to compete with 3 defenders or more. Forwards need to be as much or more accountable than defenders. Looking forward to seeing the results of another preseason.
