POSTGAME: Rd 21 vs Collingwood
I see Carlton and can't stop thinking that's where the filth should be in the ladder, whereabouts. Both teams have similar percentage, started hot earlier in the season with a new coach. As someone has said before Collingwood is a statistical anomaly, anomalies don't win premierships.

Demons will win the flag in 2022.
Well we've got ourselves a nice opportunity next week to recover from this week's loss. Carlton will be deflated and missing some key players (Cripps included). Collingwood plays against Sydney so we could see Collingwood fall from grace next week if they loss, due to their miserable percentage, they could fall to 5th? Then just one last game to decide our fate against Brisbane at the Gabba. MFC can be sitting 2nd, 3rd , 4th or 5th at the end of it. Still a lot to play for!

Fading second halves
Don't know, it feels more like psychological and structural/strategy issues for me. One thing is clear some of our leaders have let our team down in critical moments when the pressure was up.

CHANGES: Rd 22 vs Carlton
Pies are dogs, just look at their "role models": Ginivan š¤® Cox š¤®š¤®š¤® Even Pendlebury acted like one last night and I always thought of him as one of the most decent players in that mob. De Goey (indicted in the US for Assault) š¤®š¤®š¤®š¤®š¤®

Yeah I saw that too, I think it was the dog called Mason Cox who kicked his hand in the second term.

CHANGES: Rd 22 vs Carlton
We got nothing to lose by bringing JVR in. At the very least he's an unknown player and opposition defenders won't pay too much attention to him. He could potentially feast on smaller defenders and open spaces, while the tall defenders worry only about BBB and Fritta. Perhaps the same reason Bowey worked last year in our run to finals.

My 3 word player analysis V Collingwood
And even then he was almost caught, I was biting my nails until I saw the ball being kicked

POSTGAME: Rd 21 vs Collingwood
Nah, they are flat track bullies. Very quiet until they gained momentum in the third. We do need to be more loud though, but I think at moments we were. Specially in the 4th, trying to rally the boys to a victory.

He is not completely wrong. The umpires kept them in the game in the first half, granted our goal kicking deficiency too. There was also a goal that came from Ginivan dropping the ball, what the F**K is that?!- POSTGAME: Rd 21 vs Collingwood
Cox is a dog Ginivan a [censored] Their supporters are the worst Kozzy, why did you have to kill the momentum? What happened to our mid field in the 2nd half?- GAMEDAY: Rd 21 vs Collingwood
I see players asking for the ball but our players seem to be blind to that, just keep bombing it!- GAMEDAY: Rd 21 vs Collingwood
We are killing them, should be 6 or 7 goals up. We have wasted too many inside 50 and they get too many lucky goals. We've got this if we keep playing like this.- GAMEDAY: Rd 21 vs Collingwood

On the train now, Sunbury line. It's pretty empty for a Friday night regardless of the footy. How's all the other trains looking like?- NON-MFC: Round 21, 2022

Seems like the broken finger has stalled Oliver's season. I hope he can regain his full form and take the Coaches' and Brownlow home! - POSTGAME: Rd 21 vs Collingwood
