At Casey, weather very good.

I thought the Frankston supporters last year at Frankston were great. With the afl team in Perth and the sub/emergency unable to get back for this game, plus the injuries, a few of the Casey boys will get a run that would otherwise miss out. Will be a great game and I'm looking forward to it. Casey by 48.

Unusual body...very short legs. I think he may develop as one of those players that stays upright.

In the Casey game last week, the Bulldogs 206 cm 106 kg ruckman, Jordan Sweet, No. 41 was roughing up one of the Casey players as he was making his way to interchange...really bullying/intimidating...fair enough...Casey player changed with JVR, who went straight to the said 41 and gave it right back, with plenty of interest. 41 seemed surprised and definitely did not like it. Me, I loved it. Good luck JVR. Well deserved.

Let's hope all the boys checked their points yesterday. Who needs the grief.

Doing that...flying them back...wasn't an issue last year...a couple were quite touch and go in terms of flights.

I didn't really notice Jed Adams, but I wouldn't make too much of that. One player I did notice is young Charlie Peters. Came on in the last quarter, great smother which resulted in a goal and instrumental in another. Tried his heart out. Well done young man on a disappointing day.

I saw most of game when not distracted by kids. Lacklustre performance by Casey. The Footscray smalls did the damage. Casey players available next week include Munro , badly missed, and Grey. Not Corey Ellison who has moved to Williamstown and kicked 4 on weekend. I believe Mitch White will not be back yet. Despite the result, I'm predicting a win on Saturday.
